Mr.Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) is on official visit to the Republic of Austria to attend the event related with elections in Vienna on November 2, 2016.

The event co-organized by OSCE and Office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and attended by heads of election management bodies and international organizations was dedicated to the discussion of election-related issues and good practices of countries.

During the visit planned according to the invitation of Mr.Michael Link, Director of OSCE/ODIHR, meetings of Mr.Panahov with heads of election management bodies of different countries and international organizations and with other officials and discussions of perspectives of interagency relations and issues of mutual interest are also scheduled.

During the visit, the Chairman of CEC is accompanied by Mr.Rovzat Gasimov, the Head of Secretariat.
