The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted a session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on September 7, 2016. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission dated August 31, 2016 was approved.

Later, the appeals submitted to CEC regarding the conduct of "exit-poll” by Citizens Labour Rights Protection League jointly with "AJF&Associates İnc.” Company (USA), by For the Sake of Civil Society, Independent Assistance and Consultation Centre jointly with "Opinion Way”. Sociological Research Institute (France) and by "ELS” Independent Investigations Center were considered. After the appeals put to the session upon the relevant investigation in the manner and time period defined by law had been discussed, a decision was adopted to accredit the foregoing organizations to hold "exit-poll”.

During the session, the structure of Shamkir village Con.EC # 99 was made changes by the CEC decision.

Current issues were also considered at the session attended by the representatives of mass media.
