The Central Election Commission conducted a session on June 3, 2016

The Central Election Commission conducted the following session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on June 3, 2016. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission, dated May 26, 2016 was approved.

Later, the structure of the commission was amended for the de-limitation of election constituencies.

The issue on using webcams during the voting process in the repeat elections to the Milli Majlis on Aghdash Con.EC # 90, appointed to June 18, 2016 was also discussed at the session. The Commission made a decision on the installation of webcams in 10 polling stations (approx.20% of the polling stations) to follow the processes outside the election precincts since the beginning till the end on Election Day.

During the session CEC made amendments to some normative legal acts.

The appeals filed in regard with the repeat elections to the Milli Majlis on Aghdash Con.EC # 90, appointed to June 18, 2016 were considered and relevant decisions were adopted regarding the appeals upon the discussion by the Commission members with the participation of the plaintiffs.

At the session attended by the media representatives, current issues were also considered.
