The Central Election Commission conducted the following session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on May 3, 2016. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission, dated April 29, 2016 was approved at the session.

Later, a decision was adopted on the rules for compiling final voting results protocols of election commissions regarding the repeat Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Aghdash Con.EC # 90, appointed to June 18, 2016.

The issue on the text, format, number and preparation rules of the notification to inform voters on the time and place of the voting in the repeat Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Aghdash Con.EC # 90, appointed to June 18, 2016 was also considered at the session. The notification contains the name and address of a voter, the address of the polling station where they will vote, place and time of the voting, the list of the identification documents used in the voting process, as well as the voting procedures. It was decided to print 41409 (forty one thousand four hundred and nine) notifications to inform voters on the place and time of the voting upon the discussion by the Commission members.
