The Central Election Commission conducted the following session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on November 13, 2015. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission, dated November 11, 2015 was approved.

Later, the appeals entered the Central Election Commission regarding the Elections to the fifth call Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 1, 2015 were also reviewed and relevant decisions on the appeals investigated by the members of the Expert Group functioning under the Central Election Commission were adopted upon the discussions held by the CEC members with the participation of the plaintiffs and interested persons as in comply with the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and relevant normative legal acts.

As a result of the discussions, a decision was made to regard the voting results on the polling station # 38 of Imishli Con.EC # 79 as invalid.

Current issues were also considered at the session attended by the representatives of mass media.
