The Central Election Commission conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on October 22, 2015. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission, dated October 13, 2015 was approved.

Later, it was decided to install web cameras in 1000 (thousand) polling stations on 119 Election Constituencies, upon the principle of covering the whole territory of the Republic excluding the occupied areas in order to monitor the election process in polling stations since the start till the end on the voting day in the Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 1, 2015.

The appeal submitted by "Ray” Monitoring Center in connection with its intention on conduction of "exit-poll” in the Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 1, 2015, was reviewed in session. The relevant decision on registration of the mentioned organization for conducting of "exit-poll” was adopted after discussion of Commission members.

The composition of some Constituency Election Commissions was amended in Commission session.

Current issues were also reviewed at the session attended by media representatives.
