The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on October 20, 2015. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission, dated October 11, 2015 was approved.

Later, the appeals addressed by "ELS” Independent Investigation related with holding "exit poll”, Center of Azerbaijan’s Youth Rights Protection for holding "exit poll” joint with "Opinion Way” Sociological Research Institute (France), also League on protection of citizens' labor rights to conduct "exit-poll” jointly with "AJF&Associates Inc.” (USA) were reviewed. Decision was adopted on registration of above-mentioned organizations for holding "exit poll” upon the discussion by the Commission members and investigation of appeals in a manner and time period defined by legislation.

In the session the compositions of some Constituency Election Commissions were also amended by decision of Central Election Commission.

Current issues were also reviewed at the session attended by media representatives.
