Chief of Inter-parliamentary Assembly of member countries to the Union of Independent States, the International Institute on monitoring for maintenance of citizens’ election rights and development of parliamentarianism and democracy.

CEC chairman, Mr.M. Panahov greeted guests and expressed his gratitude for meeting with representative staff. He noted that he always attached great importance to relations and mutual beneficial cooperation of CEC with international organizations and thereafter had intention to continue this relation.

A. Baranov, head of the representative staff, expressed his thanks for sincere reception and interested with implemented works in connection with preparation for forthcoming Elections to the Milli Majlis. CEC chairman, Mr.M. Panahov answered the questions of guests and spoke of implemented projects and steps that will be made for conduction of free, fair and transparent elections having great importance in social and political life of our country.

The exchange of views on matters of mutual interests was implemented in the meeting.
