Guide book for the observers was published

Central Election Commission
regarding the Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on November 1, 2015, composed guide book for the Observers in frame of
enlightenment project of election subjects.
The aim in implementing of the project and preparation of the publication is enlightenment of the observers who supervise the Elections to the Milli Majlis. Principles of observation reflected in guide book, at the same time, rights and duties of observers are comprehensively explained there.
Guide book are composed at the basis of normative acts confirmed with the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and CEC.
It is possible to hand guide book for the observers from lower election commissions and official internet site of CEC (www.msk.gov.az).
