The Central Election Commission compiled "Guide for Candidates to Deputy” with regard to awareness-raising of different election stakeholders in the Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 1, 2015.

The goal in the implementation of the project and compilation of the edition is to render methodical assistance and simplify the activities of citizens to exercise their eligibility who intend to be elected to the membership of the Milli Majlis.

The guidebook contains the steps to be put for the nomination and registration of the candidacy to deputy and detailed information on the rights and duties of the registered candidates to deputy.

The booklet has been compiled basing on the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and normative acts approved by the Central Election Commission.

"Guide for Candidates to Deputy” is available either through the lower election commissions or the official website of the Central Election Commission (www.msk.gov.az).
