The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on September 4, 2015. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission, dated August 31, 2015 was approved.

Later, regarding the Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 1, 2015, the issue on the registration of the authorized representatives of the New Azerbaijan Party, Azerbaijan Hope Party, National Revival Movement Party, Musavat Party, Motherland Party, Azerbaijan National Independence Party, Civil Solidarity Party and Azerbaijan Social Democratic Party was reviewed and the persons presented by the above-mentioned parties were registered as authorized representatives.

"AZADLIG-2015” ("Freedom”) established by the Party of Intellectuals (Aydinlar), Freedom Party, Azerbaijan People’s Party, Azerbaijan Liberal Democratic Party, Great Azerbaijan Party, Classic Popular Front Party and Citizen and Development Party to co-participate in the Elections to the Milli Majlis was registered and the symbol of the bloc was approved by the CEC decision upon the discussion by the Commission members.

During the session the compositions of some Con.ECs were amended.

Current issues were also reviewed at the session attended by the representatives of international organizations and mass media.
