Large-scale projects covering various aspects related with elections to the Milli Majlis are carried on by the Central Election Commission (CEC)of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Next project covers computer operators of Constituency Election Commissions within the framework of educational program of the CEC. Thus, the seminar for computer operators have started on August 28, 2015, with the aim of preparations towards the elections to the Milli Majlis. The main goal in the conduct of the event is to provide the Con.EC operators with practical information on recent and improved facilities of "Elections” State Automated Information System, to study the usage rules in visual form.

At the end of the event broadcasted by mass media, the emerged questions will be replied to.
