The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahovon April 7, 2015. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission, dated February 12, 2015 was approved.

Later, an issue on re-approval of the structure and staff of CEC Secretariat was discussed. The Commission adopted a decision on re-approval of the structure and staff of CEC Secretariat basing on the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 30, 2014 on making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On political parties”.

By CEC decision, the structures of some Constituency Election Commissions were amended.

Current issues were also considered at the session attended by media representatives.
