The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on December 27, 2014.Furstly, the session minutes dated December 13 and 24, 2014 of the Commission were approved.

Later, the appeals submitted to CEC regarding the Municipal Elections held on December 23, 2014 were considered. Assuming as a basis the principle of ensuring the citizens’ election rights more effectively, the Commission adopted relevant decisions upon considering the submitted appeals at the session in an operative manner in comply with the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and "Instruction on the rules for the considering and filing the appeals and complaints to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Constituency Election Commissions”.

Current issues were also considered at the session.
