The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on December 13, 2014. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission, dated December 11, 2014 was approved.

Later, the submitted appeals regarding the Municipal Elections on December 23, 2014 were considered. After the discussion of the CEC members, it was decided to implement an appeal on one of the applicants and to not implement on others.

The structures of some Constituency Election Commissions were amended by the CEC decision.

Current issues were also considered at the session.
