The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on December 11, 2014. Firstly, the session minutes of the Commission, dated November 28 and December 6, 2014 were approved.

Later, the appeal of "ELS” Independent Investigations Center on registration to hold "exit-poll” was considered. A decision was adopted on the registration of the above-mentioned organization to hold "exit-poll” upon the discussion of the CEC members.

At the CEC session an appeal regarding the Municipal elections was also considered. The relevant Con.EC decision on the appeal was decided to be remained and to not implement that appeal upon the discussion by the Commission.

By the CEC decision, the structures of some Con.ECs were amended.

Current issues were also considered at the session.

Representatives of international organizations and mass media also took part at the session.
