The projects regarding the Municipal Elections appointed to December 23, 2014 in the Republic of Azerbaijan continue to be carried out.

Information sessions start since December 5, 2014 due to the joint Activity Plan for 2014-2016 by the Council of Europe and Azerbaijan. The sessions that are the joint project of the Administration of President, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Office of the Council of Europe in Azerbaijan is dedicated to the subject on "Authorities and duties of local executive authorities and Constituency Election Commissions in the election process”. Speeches and presentations will be made on the subject and discussions will be held at the events to be attended by the heads of executive authorities and chairpersons of Constituency Election Commissions.

Information sessions will be conducted in Shamkir on December 5, 2014, in Shirvan on December 6, 2014 and in Baku on December 8, 2014.
