The Central Election Commission conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on November 25, 2014. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission dated November 21, 2014 was approved.

Later, the appeals submitted to CEC regarding the Municipal elections on December 23, 2014 were considered and it was decided to implement 3 out of 4 appeals and to not implement another appeal upon the discussion of the Commission members.

By the CEC decision amendments were made to the structures of some Con.ECs.

At the session current issues were also considered.

Representatives of foreign organizations and mass media also took part at the session.
