"Trainings for Trainers” started since November 17, 2014 ended within the framework of education program for lower election commission members by CEC decision regarding the Municipal elections on December 23, 2014.

Trainings aimed at increasing professional experience and developing election-related skills and abilities of lower election commission members were conducted with the participation of local trainers on the election constituencies within 4 days due to the scheduled plan.

During trainings 2 local trainers from each election constituency were demonstrated via visual aids through practical workshops on all the issues of Election Day procedures – voting activities, roles and duties of Precinct Election Commissions on Election day, exceptional cases in election process, classification of ballot papers, vote counting and completing final protocols.

During training discussions for lower election commission members the participants were informed on the rules and format of arranging trainings on election constituencies in regions, they were provided with necessary recommendations for the top-level conduct of trainings and the questions appearing during the discussions were responded.

It is worth noting that trainings for lower election commission members, which is one of the wide-scale educational projects will commence since November 25, 2014.
