The Central Election Commission conducted its following session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on November 12, 2014. Firstly, the session minute by the Commission dated November 5, 2014 was approved.

Later, the format of a notification to inform voters on the time and place of the voting in the Municipal Elections on December 23, 2014 was discussed and approved. The notification contains the name, address of the voter and address of the polling station where he/she will vote, time and place of the voting, list of ID documents to be used in the voting process, as well as, voting rules. The Commission adopted a decision on the print of totally 4872705 (four million and eight hundred seventy two thousand seven hundred and five), approximately more than 3% of the voters’ number who have been included in permanent voters’ lists on the republic (excluding voters who have got the IDP status).

Some amendments were made to the structures of several Con.Ecs by the Commission decision.

At the session current issues were also considered.

Representatives of international organizations and mass media also took part at the session.
