The Central Election Commission conducts professional courses on election right in the regions within the frame of educational program of lower election commissions regarding the implementation of "National Activity Program to increase the efficiency of protecting human rights and freedoms in the Republic of Azerbaijan”, approved by Order of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated December 27, 2014. The courses have been started since October 22, 2014 and are attended by the Con.EC members and PEC chairpersons. During the courses CEC members, officials of CEC Secretariat, chairpersons of local Con.ECs, officials of relevant executive authorities, as well as, the responsible officials of prosecutor’s offices, courts and police departments of the regions and towns read lectures on different subjects according to the study plan.

The professional courses are planned to last for 3 days and end on October 24, 2014.
