Mr. Mazahir Panahov, CEC Chairman of the Republic of Azerbaijan is leaving the country to be on official trip to the Republic of Lithuania to observe the Presidential elections to be held on May 11, 2014.

It is planned within the frame of the visit upon the invitation of Mr. Zenonas Vaigauskas, CEC Chairman of Lithuania to hold meetings by Mr. Panahov with his Lithuanian colleague, as well as, with other officials and to discuss the relationship between two countries and the issues of mutual interest.

CEC Chairman will be accompanied by Mr. Rashid Yusifbayli, Head of International relations department of CEC Secretariat during the visit.
