Since the beginning of January, the process of compiling single voters’ list on the Republic of Azerbaijan started. According to the election legislation, initially, single voters’ list is compiled by Precinct Election Commissions (PECs). The above-mentioned process is implemented within the borders of election precincts by PECs within a period defined by law.

PECs shall submit the voters’ lists compiled on polling stations to the relevant Con.ECs no later than 5 February in comply with the Election Code. And Con.Ecs shall turn over the preliminary voters’ lists on relevant election constituencies to CEC up to 5 April. In its turn, CEC shall compile single voters’ list on the country. The process will be finalized at latest till the end of May and single voters’ list on the country will be publicized on the CEC official website.
