Central Election Commission conducted its following session headed by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on November 12, 2013.

Firstly, session minutes dated 16 and 17 October were approved.

Later, the issue on termination of authorities of Ali Javad Ahmadov, deputy of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan was considered. It was stated that Ali Ahmadov, deputy of the Milli Majlis was appointed Deputy Prime Minister and according to the Constitution and Election Code, he was disfranchised of his deputy mandate. Furthermore, Ali Ahmadov also appealed to the Commission with the request on termination of his deputy authorities. Considering all these, CEC adopted decision on termination of deputy authorities of Ali Ahmadov.

CEC made changes o the structure of Khazar Con.EC # 14.

CEC also considered the received appeals. A part of the appeal on law violations was not implemented due to groundlessness according to the CEC decision.

Current issues were also considered at the Commission session.

Representatives of international organizations and mass media took part at the session.
