on preliminary results of the Presidential Elections
conducted on October 9, 2013

The Central Election Commission has received electron protocols from 5492 polling stations out of 125 constituencies functioning in the Presidential elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducted on October 9, 2013. Immediately after the submission, electron protocols of Precinct Election Commissions had been posted on the official website of the Central Election Commission from 20.00 p.m. on October 9, 2013.

According to preliminary information, the voters’ turnout is as follows:

As to the information received from the polling stations, Ilham Heydar oghlu Aliyev, candidate of New Azerbaijan Party has collected 84,55% votes of those participating in the voting. Percentage of the votes among other candidates are as follows:

Jamil Poladkhan oghlu Hasanli - 5, 53 %

Igbal Fehruz oghlu Agha-zadeh - 2.40 %

Gudrat Muzaffar oghlu Hasanguliyev– 1,99 %

Zahid Maharram oghlu Oruj– 1,45 %

Ilyas Abbas oghlu Ismayilov - 1,07 %

Araz Mammad Mubariz oghlu Alizadeh– 0,87 %

Faraj Ibrahim oghlu Guliyev -0,86 %

Hafiz Alamdar oghlu Hajiyev– 0.66 %

Sardar Jalal oghlu Mammadov - 0,61 %
