Baku, October 9. Presidential elections in Azerbaijan are going on in line with international standards, said former congressman from the US state of Texas Silvestre Reyes who is here to observe the presidential elections.

He highlighted high turnout of voters who have enjoyed good conditions for voting, the Independent Press Center reported.

The voting began on time. All the members of the election commissions are working on the ground efficiently and in accordance with international standards.

"I want to underline that there were no serious problems observed during the voting,” Reyes said.
