Central Election Commission conducted the next session under the chairmanship of Mr.Mazahir Panahov on October 3, 2013.

Firstly, the session minutes dated 27 and 29 September 2013 were approved by the Commission.

Later, the issue on the use of web cameras in the polling stations for ensuring transparency in the voting process during the Presidential elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan on October 9, 2013. It was decided to install web cameras in 1000 (thousand) polling stations on 119 election constituencies within the whole republic excluding the occupied territories in the Presidential elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan on October 9, 2013.

8 agents of Azerbaijan Democrat Party and 7 agents of Justice Party were registered at the session. And the registration of an agent of Hope Party was cancelled upon the own request and the badge provided to this person was decided to be considered invalid at the CEC session.

Central Election Commission also reviewed the filed appeals. Since one of the appeals had been filed after the deadline for submitting complaints as defined by legislation expired, decision was made on returning the appeal back to the applicant and the other two appeals were not implemented due to groundlessness.

CEC also considered current issues.

Representatives of international organizations and mass media also took part.
