Central Election Commission conducted session on 27 September, 2013

Central Election Commission conducted next session under the chairmanship of Mr.Mazahir Panahov on September 27, 2013.

Firstly, the session minute of the Commission dated 25 September 2013 was approved.

Later, the appeal on the registration of "Rey” ("Opinion”) Monitoring Center to conduct "exit poll” in the Presidential elections to be held on October 9, 2013 was reviewed. The Commission adopted decision on the registration of this organization.

Appeals of "Prognosis” Independent Sociological Research Center and "Constitution” Investigations Foundation on the registration for conducting "exit poll” were also positively replied.

Commission adopted decision on the registration of 26 authorized representatives and 13 agents appointed by candidate to presidency Jamil Hasanli.

The appeals filed to Central Election Commission were also reviewed at the session. One of the appeals was decided to be returned back to the complainer due to the missed deadline defined by law and the other two appeals were not implemented due to groundlessness.

CEC also reviewed current issues.

Representatives of international organizations and mass media also took part at the session.
