Central Election Commission conducted next session under the chairmanship of Mr.Mazahir Panahov on September 25, 2013.

Firstly, the session minute dated 21 September 2013 of the Commission was approved.

Later, the appeal of "ELS” Independent Investigations Center Public Union on the registration for the conduct of "exit-poll” in the Presidential elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan on October 9, 2013 was reviewed. The Commission adopted decision on the registration of this organization.

CEC also reviewed the appeal of "Legal Education of Sumgayit Youth” Public Union on the registration for the conduct of "exit-poll”. It was reported that legal grounds lacked for the registration of this public union and decision was adopted on the refusal from its registration.

3 agents of Justice Party and 2 agents of Azerbaijan Social Democrat Party were registered at the session.

The appeal submitted to the Commission was also considered and decided to be sent to Baku city Main Police Office and Baku Metropolitan for the investigation on destination.

CEC also reviewed current issues.

Representatives of international organizations and mass media also took part at the session.
