Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan prepared "Election Day Guide” for the members of Precinct Election Commissions and ensured deliverance of the guide to lower election commissions relating to the Presidential elections on October 9, 2013. The introduction of the guide includes the address of Mr. Mazahir Panahov, CEC Chairman to the members of Precinct Election Commissions. CEC Chairman reminds the PEC members on their rights and wishes success in ensuring the conduct of free, fair and transparent elections in the address.

"Election day Guide” includes roles and duties of PEC members and the election actions to be implemented by them on the voting day. The guide has been prepared in accordance with the Election Code and normative acts approved by CEC.

Let’s remind that "Election Day Guide” is a constituent part of the educational program implemented by the Central Election Commission.
