First of all, Mrs. Svetlana Gasimova, CEC Deputy Chairman reported on making amendments in the compositions of Goychay Con.EC # 88. CEC adopted decision on making amendments in the compositions of that Con.EC.

Later, the appeals entered the Commission were put under discussion. 5 of the appeals were sent on their determination to relevant Con.ECs for preliminary investigation.
