Central Election Commission conducted its session headed by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on 1 October 2010. Firstly, CEC approved the session minute dated on 27 September 2010.

Later, decision was adopted on the appointment of Nabi Humbat oghlu Khalilov as a member having consultative right of the New Azerbaijn Party at the CEC.

CEC adopted decision on the registration of the authorized representatives of "Karabakh”, "Reform” and "AXCP-Musavat” blocs of political parties related with the Elections to the Milli Majlis to be conducted on 7 November 2010.

At the CEC session, decision was also adopted on the text, format and preparation rules of ballot papers in Elections to the Milli Majlis appointed to 7 November 2010.

CEC made amendments in the compositions of Lankaran-Masalli Con.EC # 75, Zerdab-Ujar Con.EC # 92 and Tovuz Con.EC # 105.

At the session, the appeal submitted by Parviz Hashimov nominated by "AXCP-Musvat” bloc related with the Elections to the Milli Majlis to the CEC was considered and decision was made on sending this appeal to Ganja first (Kapaz) Con.EC # 39 for the consideration of determination.

 

 At the session of the Commission, current issues were also considered.
