Pursuant to Article 58.1 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, at least 40 days prior to the voting day till 18.00, i.e. on September 5, till 18.00 the deadline for submitting signature sheets including voters’ signatures collected in support of the nominated candidates to presidency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and documents to be attached to them to Election Commission. Up to the implied period, 10 persons out of 21 persons whose candidacies have been approved, submitted the above-mentioned documents to the Commission.
