"Guide for Observers” prepared by the Central Election Commission for observers has been issued. The Guide embodies the principles of conducting observation, at the same time, explains the rights and duties of observers. The booklet contains detailed information on the issues to be obeyed by observers, at the same time the issues prohibited for them by law. The Guide was prepared in line with Election Code and normative acts approved by the CEC.
Let's remind that "Guide for Observers” booklet is an integral part of education program of the Central Election Commission.
