Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducted its session headed by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on 26 November 2009.
At the session, the appeals entered the CEC concerning Municipal Elections were considered. Decision was adopted on the implementation of 4 appeals and 4 of them were decided not to implement by regarding groundless.
Decision was adopted on extending investigation period of the other appeals.
At the CEC session, current issues were also considered.
