The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on December 2, 2024.

The protocols of the meeting of the Commission on November 26 and 27, 2024 were approved.

Then, the issue of registering authorized representatives of the Civic Solidarity Party in the municipal elections scheduled for January 29, 2025 was discussed. After the discussion of the commission members, it was decided to register the persons presented by the mentioned political party as authorized representatives.

Later in the meeting, changes were made in the composition of constituency election commissions of some constituencies.

At the meeting, which was widely covered by media members, information was given on the progress of the processes in preparation for the municipal elections and current issues were discussed.
