The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on September 10, 2024. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission dated 9 September 2024 was approved.

Later, the appeals entered the Central Election Commission in regard with the election dispute resolution in the early Elections to the Milli Majlis held on September 1, 2024 were reviewed at the session. In the meeting, which was promptly covered by members of the media, detailed information was given about the appeals, and it was emphasized that every opportunity was created for the representatives of the international observation missions, media representatives and interested subjects to participate closely in the process of comprehensive, objective and transparent examination of the appeals and information received. In order to more efficiently ensure the electoral rights of citizens, relevant decisions were made after extensive discussion of the appeals brought to the meeting in the period and in the manner prescribed by the legislation.

Current issues were also considered at the CEC session.
