The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the next session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on September 4, 2024.

The appeals entered the Central Election Commission in regard with the early Elections to the Milli Majlis held on September 1, 2024 were reviewed at the session. Firstly, it was informed on the appeals, meanwhile, the requirements of the legislation were emphasized at the session held with the direct participation of the representatives of international observation missions and media outlets. Following broad discussion of the Commission members, relevant decisions were adopted in regard with the appeals investigated within the timeframe and manner implied in legislation to implement citizens’ election rights more efficiently.

Current issues were also considered at the CEC session.
