The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the session chaired by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on July 19, 2024. Firstly, the Commission’s session minute dated 15 July, 2024 was approved.

Later, the text, form, number and rule of preparation of notifications on informing voters about the place and time of voting in the early Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed to September 1, 2024 were discussed. It was brought to attention that the notification contains the voter's surname, first name and patronymic, as well as the address of the voter and the polling station where he will vote, the place and time of voting, the list of identification documents used in the voting process, as well as a clear explanation of the voting rules with illustrated images for the purpose of informing the voters. Following the discussion of the Commission members regarding the notification, it was decided to prepare the 6516567 (six million five hundred and sixteen thousand five hundred and sixty seven) notifications on informing voters about the place and time of voting in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

Furthermore, the issue on the registration of the authorized representatives of Future Azerbaijan Party, Musavat Party, Free Homeland, Unitty Party, and Justice Party in regard with the early Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan was also considered. The Commission decided to register the persons presented by the above-mentioned parties as authorized representatives.

During the session broadcasted by the representatives of media outlets, current issues were also discussed.
