The Central Election Commission conducted a session chaired by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on October 20, 2023.

The issue on the changes in the structures of some Constituency Election Commissions on election constituencies was considered at the session. Following the discussions held, the changes were made in the structures of some Constituency Election Commissions - Binagadi second Con.EC # 9, Nizami first Con.EC #24, Nizami second Con.EC #25, Sabunchu second Con.EC #27, Sabunchu fourth Con.EC #29, Khatai third Con.EC #35 and Absheron third Con.EC #50.

Current issues were also considered at the session attended by media representatives.
