The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the following session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on January 31, 2020.

Firstly, the CEC reviewed the appeals in connection with the Elections to the Milli Majlis, dated February 9, 2020. After theappealsput in the session agenda in the manner and period prescribed by law have been discussed by the members of the Commission with the participation of the interested parties, relevant decisions were madeduring the session.The commission warned a number of election stakeholderswho had committed serious violations of the law on campaigning in Elections to the Milli Majlis.

The statistic data on various issues on the preparation for Elections to the Milli Majlis, as well as, current issues were also considered at the session attended by the international observers and mass media representatives.
