The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted the following session chaired by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on December 21, 2019. Firstly, the session minute ofthe Commission, dated 20 December, 2019 was approved.

Later, the issue on the registration of the authorized representatives of the Democratic Reforms Party, the Liberal Democratic Party of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Democratic Enlightenment Party and Modern Musavat Party in the Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed to February 9, 2020 was considered. After discussion of CEC Commission members the persons presented by the foregoing parties were reregistered as authorized representatives.

The meeting also considered an appeal to the CEC for the elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republicof Azerbaijan on February 9, 2020. After discussion with the applicant himself, appropriate decisions were made in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Current issuesregarding the Municipal Elections on December 23, 2019 and the Elections to the MilliMajlis, dated February 9, 2020 were also considered at the session attended by the mass media representatives.
