The Central Election commission (CEC) conducted a session chaired by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on November 22, 2018. Firstly, the session minutes of the Commission dated March 30 and April 15, 2018 were approved.

Later, the issue on making amendments to some normative acts of CEC and relevant amendments were approved.

During the session making amendments to the structures of some Constituency Election Commissions was also discussed. By the Commission decision, the structures of Sharur Con.EC # 2, Shahbuz-Babek Con.EC # 5, Ordubad-Julfa Con.EC # 7, Narimanov first Con.EC # 19, Nizami first Con.EC # 24, Kapaz second Con.EC # 40, Neftchala Con.EC # 61, Aghjcabadi Con.EC # 82 and Khankendi Con.EC # 122 were amended.

The session was attended by the representatives of international organizations and mass media.
