The Central Election Commission (CEC) held a session chaired by Mr. Mazahir Panahov on July 28, 2017.

Firstly, the session minute of the Commission, dated July 21, 2017 was approved.

Later a decision about changes of the composition constituenci of Election Commission was adopted. After of decision #43 Sumgayit third and #15 Tovuz election constituencies, the composition of the constituencies of the Election Commissions has been changed.
