The Central Election Commission (CEC) conducted a session chaired by Mr.Mazahir Panahov on September 21, 2016. Firstly, the session minute of the Commission dated September 10, 2016 was approved.

Later, a decision was adopted on the installation of webcams to monitor the voting procedures from beginning till the end on the voting day in the nationwide voting (referendum) on September 26, 2016 in 1000 (a thousand) election precincts on 119 election constituencies upon considering the principle of full coverage of the country’s territory excluding the areas under occupation.

Current issues were also considered at the session attended by the representatives of mass media.
