The Central Election Commission conducted its next session under the chairmanship of Mr.Mazahir Panahov on October 13, 2013.

Firstly, the session minute dated 7 October 2013 was approved by the Commission.

Later, the Central Election Commission considered the received appeals. It was informed that one of the appeals had been filed by Gulagha Aslanli, authorized representative of Jamil Hasanli, candidate of "National Council of Democratic Forces”. It was stated that all of the attachments to the appeal were photocopies. The applicant was requested persistently many times to submit the justifying evidences to the investigation of CEC if they have got any. But it was refused to present any document. Since the photocopies are not regarded legal documents, the appeal was considered groundless and was not implemented.

Decision was adopted on sending another appeal on destination to the relevant Con.EC for the investigation.

CEC also considered current issues.

Representatives of international organizations and mass media also took part at the session.
