"Guide for Observers” prepared by the Central Election Commission for observers relating to the upcoming Presidential elections has been published. The guide contains the principles of observation, meanwhile, rights and duties of observers. The booklet includes the matters to be complied with and banned by law for observers. The guide was prepared in accordance with the Election Code and normative acts approved by CEC.

Let’s remind that "Guide for Observers” was published in accordance with the educational program of the Central Election Commission.
