With the aim of conducting pre-election campaign in mass media during Presidential Elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan scheduled for 9 October 2013, registered candidates to presidency will be allocated free airtime and space of publication in the following mass media:

Public TV and Radio Broadcasting Company, "Azerbaijan”, "Khalg gezeti”, "Respublika” and "Bakinski rabochi” newspapers.
