Firstly, session minutes by the Commission, dated on March 17 and March 22, 2006 were approved.
Later, Mrs. Svetlana Gasimova, CEC Deputy Chairman, Mr. Natig Mammadov, CEC Secretary, Mrs. Tamam Jafarova and Mr. Rovshan Ismayilov, CEC Commissioners reported on the formation of compositions of some Con.ECs. CEC adopted decision on the formation of the compositions of 7 Con.ECs.
CEC adopted decisions on making amendments in the compositions of some Con.ECs.

The appeals entered the Commission were put under discussion and relevant decisions were adopted.
At the session, current issues were also considered.

At the CEC session, representatives of the USA embassy, IFES (International Foundation for Election Systems) and mass media also took part.
