Firstly, session minute by the Commission, dated on March 10, 2006 was approved.
Later, Mrs. Svetlana Gasimova, CEC Deputy Chairman, Mr. Natig Mammadov, CEC Secretary, Mrs. Tamam Jafarova and Mr. Rovshan Ismayilov, CEC Commissioners reported on the formation of the compositions of some Con.ECs. CEC adopted decision on the formation of the compositions of 35 Con.ECs.

The appeals entered the Commission were put under discussion and relevant decisions were adopted.
